Tomato, red onion and chilli relish, with balsamic vinegar. I made this for Christmas at my dad’s special request. Hopefully it will taste even better than the first time I made it, because I’m actually letting it mature (can you use that word for chutney?) until Christmas Eve. I doubt there will be any left by Boxing Day.
